There has been a lot of chatter about Demi Moore’s body on the latest cover of W – people can’t believe she looks this good! She and the magazine have come out to claim there is absolutely no air brushing on this photo – the thing is PEOPLE!!!, BALMAIN just looks this good! Do not doubt the power of Balmain. ALL THESE DRESSES from the catwalk for spring/summer look impossible to translate to real life but looks at these cats! Everyone looks amazing and I have a feel I would too. Please send Balmain.

According to the Red Carpet Fashion Awards, Sienna Miller was the first celebrity to wear a look from Balmain’s Spring 2010 collection to the opening night Of “After Miss Julie” October 22, 2009. Daria Werbowy became the second this past Saturday at the 25th anniversary dinner for ”AIDS International” at Les Beaux-Arts de Paris.

Trend Report: Corset Lingerie dominated the Spring 2010 runway shows

Originally published in January, I thought it was time to re-visit this post, as I have been seeing corset/lingerie everywhere!

One of the obvious trends that was shown on the runway for next season, Spring / Summer 2010, was lingerie inspired garments. I wanted to take it a step further, and examine the trends within this trend, so I zoned in on the corset! Among many others, including, Jean Paul Gaultier, Lanvin, Alexander Wang, Dior, Antonio Berardi, and Sophia Kokosalaki incorporated some aspect of “the corset” into their garments for their Spring 2010 show.

Whether it be paired with a sweatshirt, dress, pants, bathing suit, or skirt, corsets ruled the runway!
