This comes two weeks before The Beverly’s official opening date, May 19th. Marcel Vigneron from Top Chef exercised his molecular gastronomy skillz making frozen drinks at the bar while Cake Pops were passed around to guests dancing to the beat of famed NYC DJ, Jus Ske’s drum, I mean turn tables.
