“The sbe Brothers Carnival”

SBE launches winter carnival in the parking lot of Industry night club on La Cienega every Sunday from 2pm to 6pm, and then moves inside the club until 10pm, starting this weekend through February :)

We are told the carnival will feature games and rides and “freaks”. The club is still open for regular hours Sunday night and the parking lot will be cleared for the rest of the week for regular parking.

Carnival games, food and Vodka snowcones will be provided! The Spazmatics, DJ Morty Coyle will perform. And for those of you who miss the old www.fuckthescene.com chat board, here is your chance to bash a promoter! sbe Brother’s Carnival is also featuring “Dunk a promoter tank”! Uh oh!

Follow up book to “Less Than Zero” available for pre-order now. L.A. Native author Bret Easton Ellis (Buckley ’82) penned new book “IMPERIAL BEDROOMS and also has a Gus Van Sant film, Showtime soap & T.V. series.

This “brat pack”-esque writer of the 80′s who encapsulated the rich, Los Angeles, vapid teenage dilemma so well in “Less Than Zero” is due in for a sequel. The follow up book  second follow up book, 25 years too late but oh well, the cover and synopsis have been revealed and is out June 2010 although is available for pre-order now.
