Highly Truffle-approved! Petit Bateau is one of our favorite recent additions to Beverly Hills. Their one-year-old store on Brighton Way x Bedford Drive is the first on the entire West Coast. We are massive fans of this brand for children – and we don’t even have any – now that’s saying a lot. They recently have a women’s line as well now however which we will be checking out and a new Petit Bateau x 10 Corso Como collaboration collection (for those who aren’t familiar …. 10 Corso Como is the Barney’s of Italy). Friend of the Truffle Michelle Kath Sinclair is in hot pursuit of making a documentary about the most underrated guitarist of all time, her father. Chicago guitarist Terry Kath died in 1978 at age 31–two years after Michelle was born.
Fundraising for this film project is being (conducted using) the new film and arts financing website Kickstarter. Guitar aficionados and Chicago fans alike should appreciate having the opportunity to help this legend finally get his due.
You can help Michelle with small donations beginning at $25. Larger ones such as $2500 will buy you perks such as invitations to the premiere and Terry Kath memorabilia that Michelle has from her childhood. By design, if the target fundraising goal is not met your money will be returned by Kickstarter. Nine days are left in this fundraising drive. Thus far the project has raised $30,160 of it’s $40,000 target. Fans and friends can donate through October 30.

I am a semi-secret. I reside in Disneyland. I was the green room for the cast during the park scenes in the Tom Hanks film “That Thing You Do”. Any good Disneyland guide will be able to make a reservation for non-members. If they can’t, you hired the wrong person.
The restaurant is located within the Pirates of the Carribean ride and the entrance is somewhat to the left when you exit the ride. The door is designed to look like a facade (not a real door) and is painted a color the park thought would be un-noticeable. If you do not have a reservation, they will not answer your call on the secret buzzer.
