Hier soir … our good friends Ryan Gosling, Sean Penn, Josh Brolin, Nick Nolte and Emma Stone showed up at the Chinese Grauman to watch the premiere of their new film Gangster Squad before adjourning across the street to the Roosevelt — typically used for all the post events for premieres at the Chinese. Gangster Squad is Ruben Fleischer’s new crime movie about the LAPD’s efforts to take back the city from the mob in the 1950s. The film will be in theaters this Friday, Jan 11.
#TruffleNotes: Nick Nolte basically reprises his 1996 Mulholland Falls roll which was also about a special LAPD crime squad in the 1950′s.
