Andre Balazs who owns the Chateau Marmont, The Standard and a bunch of stuff in New York and Miami, has softly opened a new spot in the former Purple Lounge / Smoke & Mirrors in the Standard Hollywood on Sunset Blvd (S&M moved out a couple months ago).

The name of Andre’s new spot is “mmhmmm” — That is not a joke but it does remind us a little bit of Stephan from Saturday Night Live.
