Sasha Spielberg — Brown Student, Budding Musician

Aaron Nam interviews Sasha Spielberg for his Vimeo channel show about her life growing up Spielberg, living next door to her brother with whom she is now in a band, and her final year at Brown. Sasha says growing up next door to Theo, they would bother work on creating music and eachother’s would flow through the walls. She credits this with their ability to collaborate on music together in their band Brother/Sister today. Sasha talks about taking singing lessons at Brown in Rhode Island where she is a senior, and where her older sister Jessica Capshaw also went to school. She also tells us Theo has been writing a music blog for the Huffington Post. Sasha says they plan play shows, while recording a full album in Los Angeles this summer. Sasha says her parents (Kate Capshaw & Steven Spielberg) are very excited their children are working together. Look out for Brother/Sister shows in L.A. this summer and in NY.

Brother/Sister has one album called The Accidental Zoo released April 4th, 2011.
