The Annenberg Space for Photography is a MUST-SEE for all Angelenos; located directly below the CAA offices in Century City – this is a completely free experience and has very convenient parking. Their latest exhibit is entitled “Beauty CULTure” and explores beauty ideas that have been popular in the last century. Some say beauty is in the eye of the beholder while others have scientifically show it is not. A British study has show the symmetry a face determines the degree of attraction and the Discovery Channel has a video proving the point. The Journal of Young Investigators say even children prefer symmetrical faces … so perhaps there is some degree of both. Continue reading
