I met Russell and Kimvo – the team behind the KIMVO salons – at a Chanel pre-fall fashion show at Saks 5th Avenue (here in Beverly Hills). They told me they recently opened up a salon inside the newly built Montage hotel just down the street from my house on Burton Way. The Montage – which is located on Canon & Wilshire has already become my home away from home as it’s the first and only hotel that won the Mobile Awards within two months of opening – a massive exception because they usually wait several years to see if the hotel passes the test of time! (The Beverly Hills hotel is famous for this award.)

I went to visit Kimvo & Russell ASAP and had my hair curled by the lovely Angela.
