Paul Allen will certainly throw his “Octopus” to the ground and stomp on it after seeing this, especially since it too has a submarine. But Paul Allen does have one thing Roman doesn’t – a funicular. I have ridden once at a party in one of his two Beverly Hills homes and it is pretty cool. It runs down the side of a hill between his main house and his recording studio/evil lair just between Coldwater Canyon and Loma Vista. While they are rare in the US, funiculars are as common as subways in Swiss towns like Montreaux and other moutainous areas. Regardless, I am almost certain Roman does not have one of these.

Add the “Eclipse” to Roman’s 3 other yachts, his private 767, his 40-person security personel or “private army”, and the Chelsea Football club, and we can see how he was the 2nd wealthiest man on Earth pre-recession. Now he is down to 57th. But loosing 3 billion of his dollars was nothing since he had already spent a cool “bill-ski” on improvements to the health-stricken impoverished Eastern Russian province, Chukotka, where he was governor for 8 years. Somebdoy stop this man! He is like Ghandi with a dash of Capone.
